Exceptional
We were skiing in Kronplatz (there is problem with parking - full parking areas if you are not there early in the morning at 10am is already full). Hotel is great, great value for money. Inside hotel is nice restaurant (Pizzeria). Parking garage is great conected with elevator and rooms. Great wellness center (realy nice)

Wonderful
Very nice hotel with exceptionally good breakfasts, very good dinners, spa area at a high level and attractions for children (swimming pool and amazing playroom). Attractive ski resorts nearby, so you can do a ski safari and ski in a different place every day (Kronplatz connected by ski bus to Alta Badia and by train to Drei Zinnen and two small but very nice resorts in Ahrntal

comfort, perfect hotel for a family time
it was clean, the swimming pool was great, the kids area amazing! We appreciated that the restaurant/pizzeria was in the same establishment. also the nice fragrance in the stairs were a good surprise. breakfast also good!
I always forget the hair conditioners, more toilette supplies would have been appreciated

Make sure you are in the new wing, otherwise you pay for old wine in new bags.
breakfast and restaurant are top of the hill. Hotel is in a fantastic location, plenty of possibilities to have a great time. SPA is really wonderful
We have booked, months in advance, 4 double rooms. We got the shabbiest rooms you could think of - style of the 1970's, no renovation since, simply unworthy for what should be a 4-star-spa-hotel (which was what we paid for). As we told the people at the reception, the only reply was "yes we know, that is these rooms) (I think we had 302 and neighbouring rooms). Utterly disappointing.
